"قرية الدير" ، هي بلدة تقع في الشمال الغربي لجزيرة المحرق البحرينية ، الواقعة شرق العاصمة البحرينية المنامة ،،

تعتبر من أشرس القرى في المواجهات المتكررة مع قوات الأمن البحرينية التي باتت تقمع المسيرات السلمية بشكل يومي ،،

وبعد الإقتحامات المتكررة للقرية وإتهام أبنائها بحمل سلاح إيراني ،،
