اسمها غلاب جام

المقادير

9 ملاعق طعام حليب بودرة
4 ملاعق طعام طحين ابيض
1 ملعقة بيكنج بودر
نص كوب زبادي
شيره
زيت للقلي

الطريقة

تعجن المكونات بالزبادي وتكور وبعد ربع ساعه
تسقط ف زيت حار حتى تنضج
وتغمس ف الشيرة وتترك لمدة 5 س
وتقدم مع القهوة
